Addiction

9 April, 2012

It’s bad enough that I have to log on to my facebook every five minutes to see if anything has happened, if anyone has messaged me, if anyone has liked one of my posts or photos.

Then there is twitter, which I haven’t really got to grips with but I need to check several times a day to see what others have tweeted. On the rare occasions that I tweet, there will be a good forty eight hours when I have to keep going back to check for any replies or retweets.

And now I blog. Another site I now have to keep visiting, another site where messages and feedback might come my way.

So that’s now three sites that my insecurity demands I visit on my internet tour of Self Justification.

  1. I have days like this. It’s a terrible insecurity.
I recently started tweeting (I hate that word, still!) and haven’t quite got the hang of it yet. There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to see other people’s tweets all in one place without all the retweets getting in the way. 😦

I’m about to start a Facebook fan page but still don’t know what I’m doing as the Timeline crap is doing my head in. I gave up on FB quite a while back.
