Choon Choosday: Radiohead – Everything In Its Right Place

Everyone loved The Bends, it was a guitar indie masterpiece. OK Computer came after and regularly tops polls of the best album ever – and deservedly so, it was original and ear-catching and forward thinking.  And then came Kid A, which left a lot of people scratching their heads asking where the guitars had gone. For me, Kid A is a brilliant and brave album, from a band at the very top who weren’t afraid to say “THIS is what WE want to do next.” It’s my favourite album of theirs. This is the opening track and it is extraordinary. I doubt it will be to everyone’s taste, especially Ted’s, but it is a

  3. I’m not a big Radiohead fan. I do have to admit to blasting the song Creep as I’m driving down the road with the windows rolled down. Of course my 21 year old son is with me. We get dirty looks, but we don’t care. We keep singing!
