Friday Fictioneers – an apology

19 April, 2013

When Rochelle’s email prompt arrived I was intrigued by what I thought was a sea-sponge resting on a bed of pebbles at a beach. When I realised it wasn’t a sponge, I shuddered.

I have an intense fear of w**ps. Even seeing the word written down makes me uncomfortable. I tried to research some of their characteristics to use in this week’s FriFic but all I gained was a buzzing in my ear and more shuddering.

So I’m afraid I won’t be participating today. But I have written a post of exactly 100 words, and I still invite your comments.
