Deja Vu

29 July, 2013

Each previous success

is in the past

means nothing

counts for nothing

Every morning

every day

every evening

the struggle begins again

And again

From → My Head, Poetry, Writing

  1. life never pauses,
    and responds with anger
    when asked to do so.

    to live is to change,
to live is to die every second
to that past of who you were
and be reborn to who you are.

  2. yes but tis easier said than done, the looking forward part I mean, especially when patterns repeat and you can’t help but look back… or to use the words of someone much wiser than me, “the hardest thing in the world is to live in it” sayeth Buffy The Vampire Slayer

  3. We all reach the future at the exact same time. There is beauty in the struggle, we just forget to look for it. I love you.
