Saturday Smile – 19th October
Time has been pretty short lately here at Reclining Towers and I have been lax in writing Saturday Smiles. But I’m back this week, making time to share some huge grins.
- In preparation for querying my novel, I subscribed to Writing Magazine to keep up to date with publishing news
- Put off buying the latest Writers’ and Artists’ Yearbook till after Christmas – but then got a free copy as part of the WM subscripion deal
- Strimmed and tidied the allotment ready for redesigning the beds over the winter
- Oh yeah, and this morning I bought my flights to Reykjavik next September
Overall, this is the best selection of smiles I have had for a while. How about you?
Hi RG. This is what I’m doing today….*Smiling as I’m sitting here drinking my Cappuccino *Petting a few little frisky cats *Checking over my art blogs *And maybe going out for a drive to look at the fall leaves *Feeling romantic
Those all sound great! Except the cappucino.
I haven’t done this is a while…
Went to an awesome concert last night
Had a nice stretch of days off from work
Meet a blogger/twitter friend.
What was the concert?
A band called The Fray
I don’t know them, i’ll look on youtube
Hmm, not a lot of smiles in this household I’m afraid…
So nice to read about others though:)
Sorry to hear that 😦 sending you a smile and a hug
so nearly a week later, i’m smiling because you’ve got lot to smile at;
me? I’ve decided busy is good and so are smiles, the more I write the more I write so that’s a good, my depression is saying buh-bye finally and that my friend is the biggest smile of all 😀
” the more I write the more I write” – so true, and the more we write the better we get.
Oh and i am smiling too that the big D is finally fading 😀
