More blogging

4 December, 2013

I mentioned recently that I had ideas for other blogs. Well for a while now I have been running a parallel site. It occured to me that as the querying process approaches, I need to have more work that I can direct any potential agents or publishers to and I don’t want to connect my real-life self with my TRG online identity. Not yet anyway.

So I have started posting some fiction under my authorly pen-name, and by the time I have redrafted my WIP there should be a few decent bits of work to support my novel and showcase my writing. All this means I am digging deeper than ever into the sparse reserves of inspiration and muse, and I am lucky enough to find there are words there.

Some of you may have seen the new site, some of those of you who have seen it may have realised that it is me. I’m not going to be linking to it on here, but if you do work out where my other blog is, please be discreet and don’t give anything anyway. You’re welcome to email me and say hi though!

  1. Keeping your professional/public persona separate from your anonymous blog is a very smart thing to do. I hope I run across your public site someday. Excited to see how your querying goes! Good luck! 🙂
