Choon Choosday: Orbital – The Girl With The Sun In Her Hair

I’m shocked to search through my posts and find that I haven’t played you any Orbital as part of Choon Choosday. The Hartnoll brothers are one of my favourites of the electronic genre, I love how their tunes loop and develop into more than just three or four minute singles, they are like symphonies that evolve and grow.

This is the opening track on the In Sides album, and this is a good example of the multi-layered sound where the different parts would each stand alone as fine melodies but the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Turn it up, play air keyboard and enjoy. It’s a
